Off the Docks: On the last Saturday of every month during harvest season, we sell our daily haul of oysters between 10:00-12:00 off the docks of Stony Creek, CT. Just drive into Stony Creek, head toward the docks and look for our red oyster boat and red truck. Check out Twitter feed for updates.

Wholesale and Parties: We sell our Thimble Island Oysters  wholesale within 100 miles of our farm. Read more here.

Thimble Island Oyster Skimshaw: When we’re not hauling oysters, you might find us drawing our own images and silk-screening them onto organic clothing. We also etch reclaimed-wood serving plates and burned cutting boards. We sell our clothing and wood skimshaw at our local farmer’s market and Etsy shop. Learn more here.
